With a Dozen Stadiums to Go, Luke Combs is Entering the Money Zone

Country star Luke Combs is about to hit the biggest payday of his life this weekend with back-to-back shows at Nissan Stadium in Nashville that could gross him $8 million or more.

Just two shows into his 40-date world tour, Combs is posting some very impressive seven-figure grosses. On March 25, Combs logged a $5.8 million gross at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington for a sold-out show in front of 55,000 fans. Then on April 1, he sold 54,000 tickets at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis and grossed $4.8 million.

Comb’s upcoming Saturday show (April 15) at Nissan Stadium is completely sold out and Combs has added a second show tonight (April 14) that still has tickets available but is on track to selling out — or close to it — by the time he takes the stage.

Most impressive is that Combs has kept his ticket prices low, especially when compared to other acts playing stadiums this summer. A single floor ticket for Combs show on Friday at Nissan Stadium on Ticketmaster is capped at $126, while seats in the 300 section of the stadium cost $35.

Combs’ stadium run technically began last year when he performed at Lumen Field in Seattle on June 4 and grossed $4.3 million in ticket sales. More than a month later, on July 30, he grossed $4.7 million in sales at Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta. Since the end of the pandemic, he has sold more than $60 million worth of concert tickets to 57 concerts.
