There’s a reason NBC isn’t airing new episodes of the three One Chicago shows tonight. Chicago Med, Chicago Fire, and Chicago PD make up the entire Wednesday night lineup on NBC. Thus, scheduling is done in tandem for all three of these shows, though other shows in the One Chicago universe might be scheduled differently. That is why despite being both on NBC and part of Wolf Entertainment, Law & Order is airing new episodes this week while One Chicago is on hiatus.
