Quentin Tarantino had no women characters in the final cut of his first feature film Reservoir Dogs. The cult classic, both written and directed by Tarantino, features an all-male cast led by Harvey Keitel, Tim Roth, Steve Buscemi, and Michael Madsen. The film tells the story of a robbery gone wrong, following the chaotic events that unfold after a police setup that indicates that one of the six thugs is a rat. The movie is full of vulgar language and brutal instances of violence that pushed cinematic boundaries in the early 90s.
