The iconic and revered film The Silence of the Lambs was released more than 30 years ago, but there is an ongoing debate about the real meaning of the film's title. There is plenty of psychological and physical horror present throughout The Silence of the Lambs, but the nature of its title actually lies in the quiet conversations between the film's main characters.
