What Is ‘Medellín’? Stream the Action Comedy for Free on Prime Video

What is Medellín? The action comedy from French actor, director and screenwriter Franck Gastambide is streaming for free on Prime Video.

The movie centers around a man on a rescue mission to save his younger brother – a YouTuber kidnapped by a dangerous cartel in Medellín, Colombia.

Reda, played by Ramzy Bedia, convinces his friends to help him plan a raid that leads to him kidnapping the cartel leader’s son in hopes of exchanging him for his brother’s life. The crazy adventure spirals out of control and what ensues is a dangerous but hilarious ride.

The cast includes Gastambide, Anouar Toubali, Brahim Bouhlel, Raymond Cruz and Essined Aponte. Mike Tyson makes a cameo in the movie written and directed by Gastambide and co-writer Charles Van Thieghem. Medellín is produced by Kowloon Film.
