1992’s A League Of Their Own has an iconic lineup of actors bringing to life the members of the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League (AAGPBL), and their success didn’t stop with the iconic baseball movie. Based on a true story, A League Of Their Own follows sisters Dottie and Kit as they become professional baseball players for the Rockford Peaches during the AAGPBL’s inaugural season. Over the course of the season, the Peaches face many challenges, both personal and professional, as they fight to gain legitimacy for the AAGPBL with baseball fans.
