Director Antoine Fuqua is closing the book on Robert McCall with The Equalizer 3, which sees Denzel Washington return once more as the retired government assassin. Based on the CBS series from the '80s, the movies follow McCall as he struggles to put aside the life he's previously led while still protecting the innocents he encounters. In the third and final installment, McCall heads to Southern Italy and finds himself unexpectedly comfortable there — but things are never as easy as they seem in The Equalizer franchise.
