The DCU Already Has One Major Advantage The MCU Hasn’t Put To Good Use In 16 Years

DC Studios will launch the DCU with a useful resource that the MCU hasn’t considered in over sixteen years. Marvel Studios built a cinematic empire with the Infinity Saga’s 23 movies, and ventured into television with Phase 4’s first wave of Disney+ shows. In 2021, Marvel Studios released its first-ever animated show, the animated anthology What If…?, which received a second season in 2023 and a final season in 2024. Once the MCU’s What If…? season 3 concludes, other animated shows like Marvel Zombies, Eyes of Wakanda, and Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man will carry its legacy.
