My 600-lb Life star Dr. Now moves to Lifetime with a new docuseries titled, The 6000 LB Diaries With Dr. Now, which chronicles the stories of ten morbidly obese people who hope to change their lives. Dr. Now, whose full name is Dr. Younan Nowzaradan, is a renowned weight-loss surgeon, who’s helped many people to lose weight on TLC’s My 600-lb Life. The 80-year-old is known for his tell-it-like-it-is attitude towards his patients, but his unique brand of tough love works for many of them because he actually has a heart of gold and genuinely loves helping people.
