Terrifier 3 is officially set for a 2024 premiere. The movie will be the third entry in the Terrifier franchise, though its central slasher killer Art the Clown was first introduced in short films from writer-director Damien Leone, as well as the anthology All Hallows' Eve. After Terrifier 2 became a surprise hit in theaters, earning back more than 60 times its $250,000 budget at the box office, Terrifier 3 was greenlit. Last month it was announced that the new movie would take place on Christmas rather than Halloween, the holiday on which the previous entries were set.
