Taylor Sheridan’s Next TV Show Isn’t The Yellowstone Replacement That You Are Looking For

Yellowstone is (reportedly) ending after season 5, and while Taylor Sheridan’s next series might seem like its perfect replacement, it likely won’t satisfy those looking to fill the Yellowstone-shaped holes in their hearts. The neo-Western drama TV show created by Sheridan and John Linson has been Sheridan’s breakthrough, and ever since its premiere in 2018, the filmmaker has created and produced six series for Paramount. Among them are two Yellowstone spinoffs (1883 and 1923), Mayor of Kingstown, Tulsa King, Special Ops: Lioness, and Lawmen: Bass Reeves. Soon, Sheridan will be able to add Landman to that list.
