Taylor Sheridan is one of the biggest and busiest names in TV right now, thanks to his creation of Yellowstone and its extended universe. The Paramount neo-Western has been a massive hit, and its currently released spin-offs, 1883 and 1923, have enjoyed similar success. Yellowstone season 5, part 2 is only days away from continuing that epic saga, as the new episodes are expected to premiere on November 10.
