Star Wars Finally Continues A Forgotten Clone Wars Plot From 2013

This article contains spoilers for Star Wars: The Bad Batch season 2, episode 6.Star Wars: The Bad Batch season 2, episode 6 subtly continues a forgotten story from Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Starring Clone Force 99, a group of mutant clones, Star Wars: The Bad Batch is effectively a spiritual successor to The Clone Wars. It is set during the Dark Times of the Empire's reign, when the dark side of the Force was dominant and the light of the Jedi seemed all but extinguished. It's unknown how many Jedi survived Order 66, but those few who did were most certainly not safe; Darth Vader and his Inquisitors scoured the galaxy looking for them, killing any Jedi they could find. As seen in the Obi-Wan Kenobi Disney+ TV show, the bodies of fallen Jedi were stored as trophies at Fortress Inquisitorius.
