Star Trek: Section 31 Starts Production, New Cast Joining Michelle Yeoh

Star Trek: Section 31, an original Star Trek movie event made for streaming on Paramount+, officially announces the start of production. Directed by Olatunde Osunsanmi and written by Craig Sweeny, Section 31 stars Academy Award-winner Michelle Yeoh, reprising her role as Emperor Philippa Georgiou from Star Trek: Discovery. A press release from Paramount+ says Georgiou 'joins a secret division of Starfleet. Tasked with protecting the United Federation of Planets, she also must face the sins of her past.'
