All eyes had been on Rockstar even before the announcement of Grand Theft Auto 6 and the launch of its trailer, but the developer’s silence on revealing more of the game will end up doing more harm than good. It’s been over 10 years since the release of Grand Theft Auto 5, not including the various expanded and enhanced versions brought out on current-generation platforms since then. As a result, however, there has been a continuous build-up of fan speculation, expecting a technological jump the likes of which the gaming medium has never seen.
