Bulk and Skull were almost as popular with fans as the Power Rangers themselves due to their silly antics and slapstick gags featured in nearly every episode of the original ‘90s Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. However, even if they really weren’t that mean, Bulk and Skull did consistently bully the teenagers who were secretly the Power Rangers, making them at least slight antagonists throughout.
