The upcoming Netflix action sequel picks up nearly a year after the events of its predecessor, with Chris Hemsworth's Tyler Rake having recovered from his wounds and tasked with rescuing a ruthless Georgian gangster's family from the prison they're living in with him. Again written by Avengers: Endgame's Joe Russo and helmed by Hargrave, Extraction 2 is expanding the franchise in a number of ways.
