See all of today's deals at Amazon US

As Senior Deals Editor on TechRadar, I've been covering Amazon Prime Day for seven years now, which means I'm expertly placed to sort the gold from the duds in what is one of the year's biggest sales events.

And trust me, Amazon's Prime Day sale really is vast – there are hundreds of deals live for the entire 48-hour period, and lots more appearing as flash deals for a few hours at a time. But I'll also have some help, leaning on the wider TechRadar team to bring you their expert advice about which devices to buy, from OLED TVs to laptops to air fryers and all things in-between.

I'll also be looking at each deal's price history, to make sure they really are deals and haven't been cheaper before. Or, if they have been, I'll let you know and you can make your own decision. I'll also reference the TechRadar team's vast backlog of product reviews, to ensure we're recommending devices we rate highly.

Of course, you need to be an Amazon Prime member to buy the majority of these deals. Not a member? You can sign up for a one-month Amazon Prime free trial to access all the offers and try out the vast selection of other perks that come with a membership.

Plus, don't forget to bookmark our main best Amazon Prime Day deals hub so you can see even more great offers.

Just note that it lacks the temperature sensor and ECG sensor found in higher-end options like the Apple Watch 9.View Deal

Apple Watch Ultra 2: was $799 now $699.99 at Amazon
The Ultra 2 is Apple’s best-ever smartwatch, and at a reduced price of $699.99, it’s the lowest price it’s ever been. An unbeatable screen, titanium case, and amazing battery life are all guaranteed with Apple’s flagship model. Best of all, this deal is available to all and not just Amazon Prime members.View Deal

Samsung Galaxy Watch 6: was $329.99 now $159.99 at Amazon
Amazon has a big saving on what we think is one of the best Galaxy smartwatches for most users. If you’re into jogging, then you’ll especially love the advanced running metrics, while Samsung phone users will find it connects seamlessly with integrated apps, especially Samsung Health. Third-party apps are abundant, too, including Whatsapp, Strava, and Spotify. Overall, it’s an excellent all-around smartwatch at a fantastic low price.View Deal

Fitbit Charge 6: was $159.95 now $99.95 at Amazon
The latest release in Fitbit’s range of dedicated fitness trackers has dropped to its cheapest price for Amazon Prime Day. It’s a decent $60 saving on a device we found lighter, prettier and smarter compared to the previous version in our Fitbit Charge 6 review. Key features include a seven-day battery life, onboard GPS and GLONASS, sleep tracking, smart wake, SpO2 blood oxygen tracking and all the other features the excellent Charge 5 offered.View Deal

Amazon Prime Day deals 2024 – Cameras

GoPro Hero 12 Black Bundle: was $449.99 now $349 at Amazon
The GoPro Hero 12 Black bundle is the ideal entry point to the action camera world, saving you from needing to buy anything else. The camera offers 5.3K video which gives you 91% more resolution than 4K while it has best-in-class image quality and HDR support. Whatever you snap will look great here with a rugged and completely waterproof build ensuring it’ll never let you down whatever you have planned.View Deal

OM System OM-5 was $1,199.99 now $999.99 at Amazon
Our favorite travel camera has dropped below $1,000 for Prime Day – that’s a $200 saving. It’s a real outdoors camera: robust and lightweight, while boasting superb image stabilization so you can comfortably use it handheld on the go. The 20.4MP sensor can produce sharp stills, especially if you pair the OM-5 with one of several excellent lenses available in the micro four-thirds system. The 4K / 30fps video is decent, though we say this is primarily a camera for photographers who can also make use of advanced computational photography modes such as Live ND. Our cameras editor has picked out this deal because it’s the lowest price we’ve ever seen for one of our favorite on-the-go cameras that’s barely two years old.View Deal

DJI Mini 3: was $419 now $349 at Amazon
The Mini 3 was already great for drone enthusiasts on a budget. With a $60 price reduction, there’s no better time to get into drone videography and photography – although it has been $20 cheaper before. Photos are limited to 12 MP but are of incredible quality. The drone itself is small and lightweight, making it ideal for beginners.View Deal

Good morning and welcome to TechRadar's Amazon Prime Day deals 2024 live blog!

Stick with us over the next few hours (or next few days, if the deals keep coming) and we'll bring you all of the biggest savings we'd found on all of the best devices out there.

So, on with the show…

Amazon deals

The best Amazon Prime Day device deals

Let's start with an obvious one – but a good one!

If you didn't already know, the best Prime Day deals are on Amazon's own best-selling devices. The retailer offers its best discounts yet, with over 50% in savings on handy smart home gadgets, including Echo smart speakers, tablets, Fire TV sticks, Ring Doorbells, smart home displays, and so much more.

I've listed the 10 most popular device deals below, with prices starting at just $12.99.

iPad Pro 2024 and iPad Air 2024 side by side on an orange background

The brand new Apple iPad Air only launched back in May so we'll take any discount at this stage. For Prime Day, you can now save $40 on the tablet that offers a great balance of price and performance for regular use and some creative tasks.

The latest iPad Air is powered by the M2 chip for up to 50% faster performance compared to the previous M1 version. It also boasts an all-day battery life, a 12MP landscape front camera, Touch ID and Apple Pencil Pro support.

Apple iPad Air 11-inch (M2): was $599 now $559 at Amazon

Bose SoundLink Flex

One of the best Bluetooth speaker deals we've seen this Prime Day is this Bose SoundLink Flex, which is now $50 off – and in four rather fetching colors. You can get it in Chilled Lilac, Green, Stone Blue or White Smoke and whichever one you pick, this light and robust outdoor speaker from Bose is as cheap as it's ever been.

The speaker boasts great audio quality as you'd expect from a big name like Bose, an IP67 rating to keep it safe outdoors, and a robust build so it'll survive in your bag or suitcase. We gave it 4 stars in our review, so it comes highly recommended.

Amazon Fire TV

Cheap Fire TVs as low as $79.99

OK, mega-post coming up.

If you're looking for a budget TV, Amazon Prime Day is the time to pick up a display for cheap. You can find stunningly low prices on Amazon's Fire TV lineup, which includes a range of sizes, features, and prices, starting at just $79.99.

Below are the five best deals, all of which include record-low prices. This means we've never seen a better deal for the specific models listed.

Insignia 32-inch F20 Series HD Fire TV: was $129.99 now $79.99 at Amazon
One of the cheapest TV deals from Amazon’s Prime Day sale is this Insignia 32-inch display on sale for $74.99. This is a great display if you’re looking for a budget TV to add to an extra bedroom or for the kids. While the F20-Series lacks 4K resolution support, you get smart capabilities with the Fire operating system, easy access to top streaming apps and compatibility with Alexa for hands-free control.View Deal

Amazon Fire TV 32-inch 2-Series HD Smart TV: was $199.99 now $99.99 at Amazon
Amazon’s Prime Day deals include this 32-inch display on sale for $99.99 – a record-low price. While the Amazon 2-Series TV is just a basic HD display, you get smart capabilities with the Fire TV experience and Amazon Alexa on board for hands-free control at a bargain price. It’s far from the best TV in the world, but if you need something small and basic for the kitchen or a kid’s room then this is fine for the job.View Deal

Amazon Fire TV 55-inch 4-Series 4K TV: was $519.99 now $329.99 at Amazon
The picture quality on this 55-inch Fire TV is solid overall, with support for ultra-HD 4K resolution and HDR 10 for better lighting and colours. Plus, access to all major streaming apps is just a button press or voice command away. It’s a good option if you need a capable and affordable TV for general everyday viewing.View Deal

Amazon Fire TV 55-inch Omni QLED Series 4K TV: was $599.99 now $419.99 at Amazon
Amazon’s Fire TV Omni QLED Series is a big step up in the otherwise cheap and cheerful range of smart TVs. This set boasts premium features including a QLED display, HDR, Dolby Vision, local array dimming and HDMI 2.1 support to deliver a top-quality picture for all-around viewing and gaming. It’s not always easy to find a TV of this size and with these high-end features for around $400, so it’s an excellent buy for the budget-conscious without compromising on quality. This offer also matches the previous record-low price.View Deal

Amazon Fire TV 75-inch Omni Series 4K TV: was $1,049.99 now $699.99 at Amazon
Amazon’s highly rated Omni Series TVs feature 4K resolution support, Dolby Vision, HDR 10, and hands-free TV with Alexa. So, instead of using your remote, you can control the volume and launch channels hands-free. Today’s Prime Day deal brings this 75-inch model down to $699.99 – that’s the lowest price we’ve seen for the big-screen TV.View Deal

Ninja 4QT Air Fryer AF100

A 44% discount on Ninja's air fryer with over 79,000 positive reviews

Is there anyone in the world who doesn't already have an air fryer? There must be some of you out there. Or maybe you just need a new one. Either way, Prime Day air fryer deals are some of the most popular offers at Amazon's 48-hour sale, and this 44% discount on the Ninja XL is one of the best.

Prior to this price, the cheapest we've seen of this 5.5-qt air fryer from Ninja otherwise was $99, and while this year's discount only brings its price down $10 less than that, it's still the lowest price we've ever seen.

Ninja AF150 Air Fryer XL: was $159.99 now $89.99 at Amazon

Apple 13inch/15inch MacBook Air M3 Deal

The best MacBook Air ever has fallen to a record-low price

Here's another good one: Apple's latest 13-inch MacBook Air with the M3 chip is now down to the lowest price ever, beating early Prime Day discounts and every other offer we tracked. Amazon had dropped the price to just $849, a record $250 price cut.

Why is this a surprise? Well, Apple products don't often get significant price cuts, especially so soon after they've launched, so the ability to get the M3 MacBook Air, one of the best laptops we've ever tested, for well under $1,000 is an offer most people should not refuse.

MacBook Air M3 13-inch (2024): was $1,099 now $849 at Amazon

Ninja Creami

This summer's hottest appliance is down to a record-low price

Homemade ice cream in minutes? Yes, please. The best-selling Ninja Creami can whip up ice cream, milkshakes, and sorbets with a touch of a button, and you can add your favorite mix-ins and flavors. Thanks to Prime Day, the Ninja Creami is on sale for a record-low $149.99 – a price so tempting that I'll be adding this deal to my cart.

Ninja Creami Ice Cream Maker: was $199 now $149.99 at Amazon

LG C3 OLED TV

Could this be the best Prime Day TV deal of 2024?

I've written countless deal posts about the highly-rated LG C3 OLED TV, and this is the lowest price I've ever seen on the 65-inch model.

LG's C3 OLED is one of the best TVs you can buy. Its latest Alpha9 Gen6 chip produces a brilliant picture with bright colors and powerful contrast. Plus, it has four HDMI 2.1 ports for the best gaming experience on next-gen consoles, a sleek, thin design, and an updated webOS experience.

LG C3 65-inch OLED TV (2023): was $2,499.99 now $1,396.99 at Amazon

Get the Kindle Scribe for a record-low price

One of Amazon's newest e-reader options is the Kindle Scribe, which combines the ereader with an eInk notepad in one package, so you can enjoy all your books while also taking notes, journaling and sketching on the screen.

It's a more niche product but for those who will use both features, it's a great value-for-money option. And it's now down to its lowest-ever price for Prime members.

Apple Watch deals

Apple Watches are seeing cheapest-ever prices

Matt Evans, our Fitness, Wellness & Wearables Editor, has his eye on Apple Watch deals in the US:

“In the US? You’re in luck: now that Amazon Prime Day deals are officially live, we’re seeing some amazing discounts on Apple Watches, including the cheap and cheerful Apple Watch SE 2. An incredibly good value Apple Watch even at full price, we’re seeing the 40mm Apple Watch SE 2 (GPS-only) down 32% to just $169, its lowest price ever.

“The larger 44mm is discounted by a slightly-smaller 28% to $199, still a best-ever price. But the historic Apple Watch discounts don’t stop there: the rugged, titanium tank of a watch, the Apple Watch Ultra 2, is also the cheapest it's ever been at $699. It’s got pin-point accurate GPS, Apple’s longest-ever battery life on a watch, and that sumptuous 49mm liquid retina OLED display which is capable of 3,000 nits of brightness.

“It also comes with cellular as standard, so you can connect to the internet even without your phone, as long as you have a data plan. There’s no doubt about it: if you’re in the market for an Apple Watch, today is your day. Don't miss out.

Apple Watch SE 2nd Gen GPS-only (40mm): was $249 now $169 at Amazon

Apple Watch SE 2nd Gen (44mm): was $279 now $199 at Amazon

Apple Watch Ultra 2: was $799.99 now $699.99 at Amazon

Echo Pop

The cheapest smart speaker around is even cheaper right now

If you're looking for a cheap smart speaker this Prime Day, Amazon's US sale has the best-selling Echo Pop for just $17.99 – a new record low.

The Echo Pop features a compact design and can play music, answer any question you throw at it, and give you the weather forecast – all I have to do is ask Alexa. It's a no-brainer if you're looking for a powerful speaker with Alexa compatibility.

Acer Aspire 3 laptop with screen open

Forget Chromebooks – get this amazingly cheap Windows 11 laptop instead

Here's Matt Hanson, our Managing Editor, Core Tech, with a laptop recommendation:

“If you're looking for a super-cheap laptop under $400, I'd usually recommended getting a Chromebook, but for Prime Day 2024, I've found some great budget Windows 11 laptops that are just as cheap as many Chromebooks, but offer better performance and more versatility, as they are able to run full Windows 11 applications, rather than having to rely on more basic Chrome OS apps.

“My favorite cheap laptop deal so far is the Acer Aspire 3 for just $299.99. The Ryzen 3 CPU and 8GB of RAM offer decent performance compared to other cheap laptops at this price, and are much more powerful than the specs most budget Chromebooks come with. The 128GB SSD is also more roomy than you'll get on many Chromebooks, though it may fill up quickly unless you use a cloud-based storage service such as OneDrive.”

Acer Aspire 3: was $379.99 now $299.99 at Amazon

AirPods Pro 2 on orange background with

Your reminder that AirPods Pro 2 are their lowest-ever price

Apple's ultra-popular earbuds are down to just $169, which is the cheapest we've ever seen them. They were also this price a couple of days ago, and we doubt they'll drop any further over Prime Day.

They're an absolute bargain for this price, because their sound quality and noise cancellation is still up there the best premium earbuds available today, their spatial audio is fantastic with movies, they have an unloseable case, and they're really light and comfortable for all ear sizes.

AirPods Pro 2: was $249 now $169 at Amazon

Miofive S1 dash cam with deal label on purple background

Our Cameras Editor Tim Coleman has his eye on some dash cam deals for Prime Day:

“We've only just reviewed the new Miofive S1 dash cam and it received our recommendation and a 4.5* rating. It's our top pick for a double-digit price, offering superb bang for buck that includes 4K video, built-in GPS and speedy video transfer with 5GHz Wi-Fi.

“Incredibly, Miofive has already slashed its price on Prime Day. The S1 was $89.99 and is now $76.99 at Amazon and if you want a rear camera too, there's a great 4K deal to check out. You won't find a better value dash cam today.
