However, acquiring one of the forms is slightly more complicated than the other and requires you to use a new mechanic introduced in Legends: Arceus. Sneasel can evolve into either Weavile or Sneasler, but both require an item to initiate the evolution. To get one of the evolutions, you will also be required to catch a Hisuian form to complete both evolutionary lines.
