February 27th is the official day when countless people worldwide can celebrate the birthday of the iconic Pokémon franchise. On top of being a grand celebration of the franchise’s long-running history, it is also a day where The Pokémon Company announces many of the big upcoming projects that will be released later in the year. These can range anywhere from new animated series to trading cards, but what fans are the most interested in by far are the video games, whether they be mainline games, spin-offs, or mobile titles.
