Outlander season 7’s final episode was the perfect setup for the spinoff series Outlander: Blood of My Blood. The central romantacy series will be coming to a close with Outlander season 8, but this isn’t to say that audiences will have to say goodbye to the franchise as a whole. Before this final season releases, the spinoff Blood of My Blood will premiere its first batch of episodes. Though Jamie and Claire won’t be a feature of this new story, there will be connections aplenty between Outlander and its new spinoff. This fact has been perfectly demonstrated by season 7’s final episode.
