Nightcrawler’s Ultimate Form Officially Returns to Marvel Lore (To Kill Mutants)

Warning: contains spoilers for Dark X-Men #1, and cover art for Dark X-Men #3!Nightcrawler is slated to become Marvel's new Uncanny Spider-Man, but there's more than one incarnation of Kurt Wagner currently roaming the Marvel Universe. One of the most dangerous versions of Nightcrawler just made a reappearance for the first time in years, as the Bamf Dragon joins the "one true Goblin Queen" in Dark X-Men #1. With so many mutants scattered, dead, and separated, the last thing any hero needs is an evil, monstrous version of Nightcrawler on the loose.
