New Yellowstone Spinoff Casting Is The Perfect Follow-Up To 18-Year-Old Crime Drama That Botched 2 Series Endings

Finally, some progress has been made regarding the development of the second season of the Yellowstone spinoff 1923, and the new cast member will fit in nicely with the other actors following her former role on a popular crime drama show. The Western drama television series, created by Taylor Sheridan (of course), serves as the second spinoff in the Yellowstone franchise (following 1883) and, as the title suggests, takes place in 1923. 1923 is a sequel to 1883 and follows Jacob and Cara Dutton, played by Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren, living on the Yellowstone ranch during treacherous times.
