Hawleys success turning the Coen brothers Oscar-winning crime comedy Fargo into an anthology series has made him one of the hottest showrunners in Hollywood. This has afforded Hawley a bunch of lucrative opportunities to work on non-Fargo projects, like the X-Men series Legion, but these other projects have always hurt Fargo, because they take Hawleys time away from his beloved anthology series.
