Lanterns Star Praises Show’s “Insane” Script, Reveals Shooting For The DCU Green Lantern Project Begins This Week

Lanterns star Poorna Jagannathan opened up about joining James Gunn’s DC Universe in the upcoming series. She will star alongside Kyle Chandler as Hal Jordan and Aaron Pierre as John Stewart, as well as Garret Dillahunt and Kelly MacDonald. As opposed to focusing on a single hero with the Green Lantern moniker, it will focus on several as they solve an intergalactic mystery. According to Jagannathan, the series is in the early stages of production, with camera testing commencing around the time of the interview.
