The early access version of Kerbal Space Program 2 is currently available, giving fans of the scientifically accurate rocket builder/space travel simulator franchise a sneak peek at its new and improved gameplay. Currently, the KSP 2 early access is rather bare-bones compared to the first game, lacking classic features such as science mode, tech trees, and certain spaceship construction parts. It's also bereft of the much-touted features Kerbal Space Program developers promised such as space colony construction and interstellar travel. The early access, does, however, introduce several core gameplay improvements that will make KSP 2 much more approachable in the long-run, while also providing a roadmap for future, game-expanding updates.
