A Haunting in Venice brings another Agatha Christie book to the big screen, but is the 2023 murder mystery a sequel? The movie directed by Kenneth Branagh also stars him as the legendary detective Hercule Poirot. His adventure begins in Venice, Italy as he attends a séance following a Halloween party and quickly finds himself trying to solve another murder. With the aid of his longtime friend and murder mystery novelist Ariadne Oliver (Tina Fey), they investigate a group of suspects part of the ensemble A Haunting in Venice cast and tangle with potential supernatural experiences.
