Despite all the recent positive updates surrounding Pirates of the Caribbean 6‘s development, I refuse to get my hopes up for the franchise’s future. Ever since the release of Pirates of the Caribbean‘s last installment in 2017, I have been hearing rumors and speculations about a potential sequel. While these updates surrounding the next installment in the franchise have kept me invested, I have been growing increasingly frustrated by the lack of substantial progress in the film’s development.
