“I Don’t Know How You’re Going To Promote This”: Mike Flanagan’s The Life Of Chuck Surprised Mark Hamill, Who Expected His Stephen King Reunion To Be “The Horror Epic Of All Time”

Mark Hamill explains why The Life of Chuck surprised him. The upcoming movie, which debuted to critical acclaim at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival, is directed by Mike Flangan and adapted from a novella of the same name written by Stephen King. In addition to Hamill, The Life of Chuck‘s cast includes Tom Hiddleston, Nick Offerman, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Karen Gillan, Jacob Tremblay, Matthew Lillard, Harvey Guillén, David Dastmalchian, and Rahul Kohli. Hamill previously worked with Flanagan on Netflix’s horror series The Fall of the House of Usher.
