I Can’t Believe David Corenswet’s Superman Isn’t The Hero I Have The Most Thoughts About After The DCU Superman Movie Trailer

When the trailer for Superman (2025) finally dropped, I assumed I would have been primarily interested in David Corenswet’s Man of Steel, but instead, I find myself more fascinated with a different DC hero: Nathan Fillion’s Green Lantern. The DCU’s Superman is set to redefine the iconic hero for a new generation, marking the first movie in James Gunn’s DCU Chapter One: Gods and Monsters. Despite the earnest charm of Corenswet’s Clark Kent, I’m more excited about Nathan Fillion’s take on Green Lantern – specifically, the hilariously brash and unmistakable Guy Gardner.
