Gladiator 2‘s Rotten Tomatoes audience score shows fans are just as entertained as they were by Russell Crowe’s original. Serving as a sequel to Gladiator, directed once again by Ridley Scott, the new film follows a similar story involving Lucius, the son of Maximus and Lucilla, who becomes a gladiator after his home is invaded by the Roman army. The Oscar-nominated Paul Mescal leads Gladiator 2‘s cast as Lucius alongside Pedro Pascal, Connie Nielsen, Denzel Washington, Joseph Quinn, Fred Hechinger, Lior Raz, and Derek Jacobi.
