Gilmore Girls needs another revival season to redeem Rory, eight years after the last episode. Towards the end of the show’s run and in the revival series Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life, she makes significantly more poor decisions. Although she learns from some of her mistakes, she still has many areas with room for growth in her character. After all, she has an affair with Logan Huntzberger (Matt Czuchry) while he is married. She also writes about Lorelai (Lauren Graham) without permission and believes everything will be handed to her without hard work.
