Although Ghosts season 4 could prove that one supporting characters backstory was all a big joke, I dont think that the CBS sitcom should take this route. The ghosts of CBSs Ghosts are the shows real heroes, despite how engaging Sam and Jays comedic misadventures can be. Viewers are just as invested in the antics of Pete, Hetty, Flower, and Bjorn as they are in the young couples success, even if the ghosts cant venture outside the grounds of the Woodstone B&B. However, not every ghost from Ghosts has received an in-depth backstory or discovered their powers yet.
