These pieces of gear, though they make the displaced New Yorker look quite cool, also have a significant impact on gameplay – with some of the most powerful cloaks turning the game into a walk in the park, and others conversely leaving the player weak and exposed. Of all 25 cloaks one can unlock in Forspoken, there are seven that meet the description of the former.
