It’s now been confirmed that Jack Alcott is returning as Harrison Morgan in Dexter: Resurrection, which means the sequel series has to also bring back two important original characters who were absent from New Blood. Following the divisive ending of the limited revival series Dexter: New Blood, Showtime is bringing back Dexter Morgan and a few other original characters in the upcoming sequel series Dexter: Resurrection. Though Dexter was seemingly shot and killed by Harrison in New Blood, the prequel series Dexter: Original Sin revealed that he was miraculously revived at the hospital, allowing for his return in Resurrection.
