Henry Cavill debuted as Superman in 2013's Man of Steel, with director Zack Snyder's movie setting up the DCEU. Several mistakes were made when it came to Henry Cavill's Superman over the years, both on camera and behind the scenes, due in part to DC executives not affording Snyder the time to properly get Clark Kent from a darker point in his life to his hopeful self from the comics, and 2016's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was responsible for one of the DCEU movies biggest mistakes.
