The first two movies in the Creed franchise focus on Adonis’ boxing career and his battles with his late father, Apollo, but Creed III explores Adonis’ secretive childhood. Creed III introduces Adonis’ childhood friend Damian (Jonathon Majors), which finally answers questions about Adonis’ past and explains Adonis’ trouble with his identity.
