Camila Cabello’s Ride on the Charts | Billboard Explains

Camila Cabello’s eagerly awaited album, C,XOXO, is about to drop. To celebrate, we’re revisiting her chart history, from her days with Fifth Harmony to topping the Billboard 200 and Billboard Hot 100 as a solo artist.

Tetris Kelly:
Camila Cabello is back with her new album, C,XOXO, and to celebrate we’re looking back at just some of her biggest chart achievements. This is Billboard Explains Camila Cabello’s Ride on the Charts.

We were first introduced to Camila as a member of Fifth Harmony following their success on X Factor in 2012. The girl group made its Billboard chart debut with their single “Miss Movin’ On.” It became their first Hot 100 hit, peaking at 76. Fifth Harmony continued to appear on the Hot 100 with four top 40 hits in 2015 and 2016: “Sledgehammer” at No. 40, “Worth It” featuring Kid Ink at No. 12, “All in My Head (Flex)” with Fetty Wap at No. 24, and the Ty Dolla $ign collab “Work From Home” at No. 4. Fifth Harmony made history with “Work From Home”; it was the first Hot 100 top 10 by a girl group since the Pussycat Dolls’ “When I Grow Up” in 2008.

Camilla earned her first solo Hot 100 hit in 2015 with her Shawn Mendes collab “I Know What You Did Last Summer,” which peaked at No. 20. Camila has four top 10s on the Hot 100: Her Machine Gun Kelly collab “Bad Things” reached No. 4, “Never Be the Same” went to No. 6, and who could forget her two No. 1s — “Havana” featuring Young Thug, and “Señorita” with Shawn Mendes.

All three of Camila’s solo albums have reached the top 10 on the Billboard 200.
