The upcoming season of Bel-Air has a chance to recreate one of Will Smith’s saddest scenes from The Fresh Prince. Created by Andy and Susan Borowitz with the Bel-Air’s reboot cast led by Jabari Banks, who takes on the role of Will, the reimagining of the 1990s sitcom follows the Fresh Prince’s escapades after he moves to Bel-Air. Although Bel-Air is based on a comedy, Peacock’s reboot is actually a dramatic retelling of Will Smith’s story. As such, it includes several sad moments that leave audiences emotional.
