Age of Mythology: Retold has been a long time coming, and with a new coat of paint, it’s important for casual and competitive players alike to know which God is the strongest. The community generally agrees that the competitive scene for the original game favored Set, Ra, and Zeus, but there were a few balance changes between AoM and AoM:R that have shaken this up a bit. That’s not to say the whole landscape of the game has changed, and Retold is still relatively fresh, so it’ll take a while as players experiment to determine which Gods truly rule.
