A Roundup of Country & Americana Festivals in 2024 (Updating)

For thousands of country, Americana and bluegrass music fans, warmer weather brings with it a staple of the live music experience: music festivals. Throughout the year, music fans gather at festivals across the nation and around the world, celebrating with friends (and often making new friends), enjoying cold beverages, culinary experiences and of course soaking in music from artists offering a range of styles, from pop-country, Americana, bluegrass, rock-fueled country, ’90s-inspired country and more.

Below, Billboard looks at many of the top country music festivals and Americana festivals slated for 2024, both in the U.S. and beyond. This year, Cody Johnson, Lainey Wilson, Parker McCollum, Jelly Roll, Eric Church and Turnpike Troubadours serve as headliners on multiple festivals, with artists including HARDY and Bailey Zimmerman also showing up on various lineups. Far from only highlighting established artists, the lineups for these festivals also give festival-goers an early look at some swiftly-rising new artists including Zach Top and Megan Moroney.

Most of these festivals also celebrate much more beyond the music, offering immersive experiences including camping, merch vendors, food trucks and much more. For instance, at California-based country music festival Stagecoach, attendees not only have a chance to enjoy BBQ favorites via Guy Fieri’s Stagecoach Smokehouse, but also get the chance to learn about the mission of the Compton Cowboys, a group of Black cowboys who use equestrian culture and horseback riding to positively impact their community, while also honoring the lineage of African-Americans in Western and equine heritage.

Here, a look at the range of country music, Americana and bluegrass festivals slated for 2024:
