For 15 seasons, Jared Padalecki portrayed Sam Winchester on Supernatural, and oddly enough, the paranormal drama series predicted the next role the actor would take on. Originally airing on The CW, Supernatural tells the story of Sam and Dean Winchester, two brothers who are hunters, dedicated to taking down the monsters of the world. Considering how long Supernatural lasted, it’s no surprise that the actors became synonymous with their characters. However, since Supernatural’s 2020 ending, Padalecki and his co-star Jensen Ackles have taken on new TV parts.
