Baldur’s Gate 3 has a heavy focus on the Githyanki race, a ferocious line of warriors from the Astral Plane with a long-standing feud with Mind Flayers. They have some of the most unique content in the game, and players will often find themselves rewarded for choosing to play as one. The githyanki can also be quite overpowered, despite BG3 straying away from the traditional Dungeons & Dragons way of character building, and stat bonuses aren’t restricted to races in character creation.
