“High-Octane, Hellacious S–t”: Anya Taylor-Joy & Miles Teller Explain Why Their Romantic Action Horror Movie Is Actually Perfect For Valentine’s Day Release

Anya Taylor-Joy and Miles Teller share why their genre-blending action, horror, and romance film The Gorge is the perfect Valentine’s Day pick. Directed by Scott Derrickson, The Gorge follows two snipers, Drasa (Taylor-Joy) and Levi (Teller), assigned to opposite sides of a mysterious chasm to prevent any entities from escaping. Despite orders not to communicate, the two bond across the gorge, only to face a world-threatening horror emerging from the depths. The film also stars Sigourney Weaver, William Houston, and Samantha Coughlan. The Gorge is set to premiere on Apple TV+ on February 14, 2025.
