Maze Runner Star Reflects On $949M Franchise As Development On Reboot Continues

Jacob Lofland is ready to reflect on his time with the Maze Runner movies. Inspired by James Dashner’s book, the movie came on the heels of other major Young Adult hits, including The Hunger Games (2012). Maze Runner‘s expansive cast included Dylan O’Brien (Teen Wolf), Thomas Brodie-Sangster (Game of Thrones), and more. The movie easily succeeded in theaters, earning nearly $350 million on a $30 million budget. Both follow-ups also received box office success, even if none were ever dominant.
