A new image from Suits L.A. shows off John Amos in his final acting role, where he will portray a fictionalized version of himself in the series. The upcoming Suits L.A. is a spinoff of USA Network’s legal drama Suits, which regained popularity in 2023 after it started streaming on Netflix and Peacock. As for Amos, the actor died on August 23, 2024, with his death being reported to the public on October 1. He was best known for his roles as Kunta Kinte in Roots and Celo McDowell in Coming to America.
