Lana Del Rey Calls Husband Jeremy Dufrene Her ‘One and Only’

Lana Del Rey has not said much about her wedding to Jeremy Dufrene last week, but in a comment on an Instagram post on Wednesday (Oct. 2) the singer appeared to confirm that the alligator tour operator is the only one for her.

In comments on a video of the couple sitting side-by-side on the ground chatting and having a smoke after eating at a New Orleans restaurant from the @honeymoon Insta account tied to Del Rey, the 39-year-old singer wrote, “Unfortunately, a local couple from Houma won’t stop flying drones into our windows every morning and following us with a tracker.”

That complaint about the alleged invasion of privacy was followed by a very sweet message of love for her 49-year-old hubby. “All that being said Jeremy is the one and only. And amazing. And we’re very happy,” Del Rey said. To date, that is the first official comment Del Rey has made following what was reportedly a low-key wedding that People magazine reported took place on the bayou in Des Allemandes, Louisiana on Sept. 26.

Billboard confirmed that Del Rey’s ivory wedding dress was a “custom CINQ gown made especially for her” designed by Macye Wysner that had a romantic ruffle neckline, fitted bodice and full skirt.

Del Rey hasn’t said anything else about the wedding that took place five months after the singer is believed to have started dating the airboat captain she referred to as “my guy” in an Instagram post in May. Her reps have not responded to Billboard‘s request for comment. The couple were first photographed holding hands at the Reading & Leeds Festivals in the U.K. in August, and went public on Sept. 7 when they were spotted alongside guests Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce at model Karen Elson’s wedding in New York City to Electric Lady Studios owner Lee Foster.

The pair reportedly first met in 2019 when Del Rey took a swamp boat tour led by Dufrene.
