Valve may be gearing up to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Half-Life 2 if a recent update is to be believed. Half-Life 2‘s impact on the industry can’t be understated as the game’s use of physics was so ahead of anything else at the time that it largely set the standard for most modern games, making the technology a staple of video game design. While the elusive third installment is still nowhere in sight, fans of the franchise may soon have a good reason to return to the sequel that changed everything.
