Audiences can't seem to get enough of multiverse tales in TV and film, and the sci-fi cult hit, Fringe, whose parallel world storyline was a hallmark of the series, has great potential to set up the perfect reboot of the show. Airing from 2008 to 2013, Fringe centers on the work of the fictional Fringe Division of the FBI. Division members Agent Olivia Dunham, scientist Dr. Walter Bishop and Walter's estranged son Peter Bishop, a jack-of-all-trades routinely investigated bizarre cases revolving around fringe science subjects like mind control, teleportation, genetic mutation, invisibility and reanimation.
