28 Years Later has added three huge stars to the cast. The upcoming horror movie is the long-awaited sequel to 2002's 28 Days Later and 2007's 28 Weeks Later, both of which explored the results of a virulent rage virus spreading throughout England and turning its inhabitants into bloodthirsty zombie-like creatures. The upcoming movie will reteam director Danny Boyle with writer Alex Garland and original star Cillian Murphy, who joins the duo as an executive producer.
